This Data Processing & Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Zyve, LLC ("Zyve") collects, uses, and protects resume and candidate-related data provided by users of our platform. By using Zyve's services or uploading data into our system, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into Zyve's Terms of Service.
Zyve provides an AI-powered recruitment platform through which users upload resumes for the purpose of identifying business development opportunities. This Policy outlines how we process and protect that data.
Resume data includes any candidate information uploaded into the Zyve platform.
Zyve processes uploaded resumes to:
Zyve may utilize trusted third-party tools to assist with parsing and analyzing resume content.
Zyve does not share, sell, or disclose resume data to third parties for marketing or independent analysis.
If users connect an external email service (e.g., Microsoft Outlook or Gmail) to the Zyve platform, Zyve will request permission to read, write, and create emails and calendar events solely for purposes related to Zyve functionality. Specifically, Zyve may:
Zyve does not access, store, or read any unrelated messages or calendar entries outside of the Zyve workflow.
Zyve supports authentication through both Google and Microsoft OAuth systems. In both cases, Zyve will request access scopes that allow email and calendar functionality as described above.
Zyve does not access inbox content, message history, or calendar data beyond what is necessary for Zyve-generated communications.
Zyve does not use any OAuth-derived user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Zyve uses industry-standard security protocols, including:
Only authorized users and internal systems may access uploaded data.
Zyve may engage third-party service providers to support platform functionality. All such providers operate under strict confidentiality and data handling requirements.
Zyve retains resume data only while a user account is active.
Upon request or account cancellation, Zyve will delete resume data from its systems within 30 days.
Zyve treats all uploaded data as confidential. We will not disclose user data unless legally required or with explicit consent.
Users must have lawful authority to upload resumes into Zyve and confirm that all required consents have been obtained from any individuals whose information is submitted.
In the event of unauthorized access or misuse, Zyve will notify impacted users promptly and provide all reasonable information available.
This Policy does not expand Zyve's liability beyond that defined in our Terms of Service.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
By using Zyve's services, uploading resumes, or accessing any functionality of the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Data Processing & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must discontinue use of the platform.
