Zyve Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zyve platform, including any trial account, demo environment, or free tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Use of the Services
Zyve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for lawful recruiting, hiring, or talent operations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or misuse any part of the platform, including data enrichment tools, AI-generated outputs, or market intelligence modules. Any scraping, data harvesting, or use of bots is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Trial Use
You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. Trial accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time at Zyve’s discretion.

4. Credit-Based Usage
Access to Zyve features may be governed by a credit system. You are responsible for monitoring your usage. Unused credits do not roll over. Pricing and limits are outlined in your customer plan or subscription agreement, if applicable.

5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
Zyve provides AI-generated content (e.g., job descriptions, emails, bios) for informational use only. Zyve makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any such output. You are responsible for verifying AI output before using it in your operations.

6. Intellectual Property
Zyve retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the platform, software, and all associated content, excluding your uploaded data. Any unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

8. Termination
Zyve may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Zyve, its users, or third parties. Your obligations under Sections 2, 5, and 6 will survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability
Zyve provides the platform “as is” and disclaims all warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Zyve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to Zyve in the past 6 months.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Delaware.

11. Modifications
Zyve reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Customer Success & Onboarding
Zyve may provide onboarding support, including training, consultation, and workflow configuration as part of its customer success services. These services are provided at Zyve’s discretion and may vary based on subscription tier or custom agreements. Zyve does not guarantee outcomes from onboarding activities, and Customer remains solely responsible for implementation and configuration of its recruiting workflows.
